PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL

Christie Cauble has held a variety of positions at Brevard College. Her vast experience and love for Brevard College and students has evolved into a new role: Director of Community Living. In this role, Christie will manage housing assignments, residence life programming, and will lead the efforts to create community and connections among students.

Formally, she was the Director of Public Information and led the Integrated Marketing Team responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that help advance the college’s mission. These strategies include publications, brand integrity, partnerships with community organizations, social/digital media and media outreach.

Cauble is also a Residential Hall Director where she focuses on community development with students. Overall, she strives to create a safe and inclusive environment that will be fun, diverse and welcoming to all students.

A native of Brevard, Cauble earned her B.A. at Brevard College, Brevard N.C. where she majored in Integrated Studies, with two emphases: Business and Computer Science.

Cauble began her career in higher education in 1997.
