Each year, Brevard College awards millions of dollars in scholarships. A portion of this assistance comes from annual and endowed scholarships, which are established by generous alumni and friends of the college. These scholarships are the backbone of student financial aid at BC, and they ensure that all current and future students have opportunities to attain a Brevard College education.
Endowed Scholarships
Endowed scholarships are investments made directly by alumni and friends. These funds offer the opportunity to put a name and a cause behind your generosity and have the confidence that your support will make a difference forever. These funds are placed into the college’s endowment, with the interest being made available for student support. Each fund is set up to ensure that your contribution is distributed how you want it: donors can specify certain programs, majors, and other criteria they wish to support!
Currently, fully endowed scholarships start at $25,000, and donors have five years from establishing the scholarship to reach the level of endowment. If you are interested in establishing a named endowed scholarship, contact Pat Wagner, Vice President, Alumni Affairs and Development
Named Annual Scholarships
Annual scholarships are gifts made each year to support Brevard College students. These gifts are directed towards students who meet the criteria that an individual donor chooses. Annual scholarships are a great way to make an immediate impact: your contribution can help a student as soon as the next school year!
