Guitar Ensemble Concert

Join us on Monday, November 28th at 12:30 pm in the Porter Center for a Music Performance Colloquium featuring the Brevard College Guitar Ensemble, directed by Lou Mowad. Guitar majors James Burgess and Jonas McCanless will play solos and duets from composers including Carcassi, Satie, Bach and Villa-Lobos. They also will be joined by flutist Hannah Sonnenberg, soprano Kayleigh Miller and tenor Jamie Gilson for chamber duets by Jacques Ibert, John Dowland and Benjamin Britten, respectively. The program is free and open to the public.
