The Brevard College football offensive line earned national recognition, securing D3football.com National Team of the Week honors after a dominant performance in a 51-8 victory over Belhaven.
Brevard’s starting offensive line of Garrett Hall, LaRoddrick Rucker, Bryce Shoemake, Bernard Werts, and Jason White were highlighted, as the Tornados as a team rushed for 336 yards – the program’s most rushing yards in a game since 2016 – while BC did not take a single sack on Saturday.
The Tornados are 4-0 for the first time since 2009, and will look to improve that mark to 5-0 on Saturday at 1 p.m. as Brevard travels to Southern Virginia in Buena Vista.
