PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL

Ryan has been teaching in the WLEE program in multiple capacities since 2009, and most recently served as the WLEE Operations Manager before moving into full time faculty in January 2020. Ryan is a Mountain Bike Instructor with the Professional Mountain Biking Instructor Association (PMBIA) and holds several credentials with the American Canoe Association (ACA). He has been in western North Carolina for more than 20 years and has a deep well of experience in summer camp programming. Ryan has a M.S. from Ohio University in Physical Education & Recreation Management.
