Sophomore wide receiver and return specialist Jeremyah Lane was selected to the D3football.com National Team of the Week following a big individual performance in Brevard College Football’s 47-20 road win at Methodist last Saturday.
Lane, a second-year Tornado from Louisville, Ga., returned a 90-yard kickoff and 50-yard punt return for scores in BC’s big win. The speedy return man has totaled two kickoff return TDs and two punt return TDs in 2025, as well as adding a rushing TD to his resume earlier in the season.
Overall in 2025, Lane has accumulated 586 kick return yards on 17 total attempts, with a long of 92 this year. On punt returns, Lane has racked up 340 yards on 19 attempts, with a long of 75.
The Tornados wrap up their 2025 campaign with a home contest against NC Wesleyan at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Ives-Lemel Family Field.
