About Dr. Stacy Workman
Dr. Stacy Workman is an assistant professor and the coordinator of the criminal justice major. Her teaching and research interests include individuals involved in the criminal justice system dealing with substance abuse and/or mental illness, procedural justice, and community-based corrections. Prior to earning her doctorate, she worked as an undercover officer, loss prevention specialist, patrol deputy, and probation/parole officer. Dr. Workman continues to serve the community as a reserve deputy sheriff and basic law enforcement trainer.
