The Tornados shut out the Quakers thanks to a stout defensive performance and eight saves by Patrick Hall (1-4-0). Hall earned the fifth win of his career, as he improves his career record to 5-6-0.
Sophomore Matheus Masukawa scored his first goal of the season in the ninth minute as he beat the Quakers’ goalkeeper Zach Van Kampen one-on-one on the right side of the box.
Despite the Quakers applying plenty of pressure with 16 shots in the match, Patrick and the defensive starters earned a well-deserved shutout.
