Brevard College Jazz Ensembles – with special guest Blue Ridge Bones – presents its annual spring concert Thursday, March 31, at 7:30 p.m. in The Porter Center for Performing Arts.
The concert is free and open to the public.
Expect toe-tapping classic songs such as “Our Love is Here to Stay,” “Ain’t Misbehaving,” “Stompin’ at the Savoy,” among many others. Special guest Blue Ridge Bones will round out the evening with selections such as “Norwegian Wood,” “I Remember Clifford,” “It’s only a Paper Moon,” “Just a Closer Walk with Thee,” among others.
Blue Ridge Bones is based in Brevard and features 16-plus trombones with a rhythm section.
