The Brevard College Organizational Leadership major centers on an intentional, service-based approach to management and encourages students to develop and implement effective leadership knowledge and skills.
The required courses prepare students to lead mission-driven organizations to success and create positive change in the workplace. The major focuses on the development of critical leadership skills such as collaboration, human resource management, conflict management, diversity, and decision making.
The major strives to graduate integrity-minded professionals by emphasizing the development of communication, emotional intelligence, innovation and creativity, and public speaking.
