Brevard College will host its 14th annual Fine Arts Gala on Saturday, March 23 at 6:00 p.m. in the Paul Porter Center for Performing Arts. The night will include live art-making and musical performances, festive food and drink, and a silent auction to celebrate the fine arts.
“The Gala brings together community supporters, students, faculty, and alumni to celebrate the successes of Fine Arts programs and help sustain them into the future,” says Fine Arts Division Chair Kathryn Gresham. “Our students love interacting with donors and helping them see the impact the Friends of Fine Arts (FOFA) support has had on their education.”
2012 Theatre alum Kait McConomy plans to attend this year with several classmates. “I have fond memories of helping out on the first-ever FOFA Gala as a theatre student at Brevard,” she says. “My husband and I are excited to now attend the Gala as alumni to support this generation of BC fine arts students!”
A group of generous donors has kickstarted the fundraising with sponsorships ranging from $1,000 to $10,000. Sponsorships are still available at every level, and single tickets can be purchased for $150.
